i haven't touched this since..

i'm definitely rewarding myself today.

i spent my time today being an american idol fan(:
PEOPLE IN AMERICA, PLEASE VOTE FOR ADAM.
it's rock n' roll next week so it'll be insane if he's in the bottom.
i went on the american idol page and found gold(: there are good quality live videos which aren't 30second samples like itunes'.
watched a couple of finalists in hollywood week.i never would have expected kris to get so far cos in the interview thing he was so forgettable,but i think he deserves his spot.

i had a pleasant pleasant dream last night cos i probably spent the entire evening thinking about the results show.it was like a mix of adam, CAA and chicago in singapore.
it was perfect until my alarm went off.but i think i managed to pause the dream until after i snoozed the alarm so i'm happy.

I'M REALLY EXCITED.
i've never been so crazy about american idol, ever.
now i can't even decide whether i like so you think you can dance more or american idol season eight.
THEY'RE THAT GOOD.

i need american idol on my playlist.

i last posted 15 days ago.
open house was today, smack in the middle of our tests and now i really don't feel like studying.
doing the fan dance today made me miss the enthusiasm of chicago.at one of the performance slots today, people actually started clapping when we did the whirly cannon fan thingy but when they realised no one else was clapping along, it just died down.like really sudddenly.
and it was whooper hot.sun sun hot.
thank goodness the sun wasn't out when we were doing pleadings.
the last slot brought my spirits down alot cos our timings were all different and i screwed up the spiraling preparation.

my parents invested in an inversion table.the thing that you lie on then you tilt backwards up to 180 degrees.i just tried it and it felt good cos i could feel length in my squashed lower back.
i've been asking my body what it's signaling to me each night as ms elaine suggested i do but i never seem to get a complete honest response.
my brain needs help.

this blog is probably going to die/become dormant cos eventually there won't be anything extraordinarily significant to post about.

i'm thinking, chicago.

away from chicago,
yesterday at dinner, papa was telling us to look up aussie universities.we may just migrate for our varsity education since singapore doesn't have physiotherapy at university and isaac wants to do some weird course i'm thinking to become a cartoonist or whatever.
i'll probably have to do well for IB to get scholarship stuff cos it won't be cheap but i'm currently lagging behind in schoolwork.

i look at it and i think it's all coming so fast.
last year we were lower secondary and now we're upper sec.but we only joined sota last year so it kinda seems we're new to high school life.
it seems like primary 5 and 6 was a recent thing.
and i was also thinking how isaac used to be the science person and i used to be the weird job person.

monash university currently does not accept international students?

three weeks without the internet.

photos are on facebook, man it's a chore getting them up already.
chicago was lovely, i saw snow for the first time, we had lovely hosts, lovely school, magical dance experiences, lovely dancers, lovely food though too much at times, lovely shops that i really should have spent more money at (i know, bev), yellow school buses that make me really happy, jamba juice, cheesecake, fancy accents, altogether just amazing.
chicago made up for tauhuay.
that said, i still missed tauhuay(:

chicago didn't leave me homesick,there were bits of singapore i missed like cheap food and non-chapped lips but we all wanted chicago to last longer.some wanted it much longer than others(:

i was actually worried about the plane ride cos the plane was never soaring smoothly through the air.it was usually bobbing or wobbling but the landings were fine.
i didn't have a sweet on the flight there but my ears didn't pop(:
the only thing about all the rides is that i always got the inside seat so i had to climb over people like jiajia, leefang or this big guy.
he was big.

the pictures are taking forever.
i'm only on day one at the hotel lobby.

pretty much everything i have to write about chicago is in my reflections.
some lovely dancers,lovely teachers.

it was so hard to go.
i'm making like a million copies of the photos so i don't lose them like kunming.
it'll be like a chunk of my memories gone.

last night was dream night.
1)wanqi was playing soccer with some sota people in sota and then she came up to fred level and i was waiting for her at the stairs then after we met she disappeared but we were still in sota setting having classes before going to chicago.
2)it was one of those dreams where what i'm feeling physically while sleeping is happening in the dream.i dreamt that we were in the plane to chicago and i was squirming in the seat cos it was a long flight.but i felt very huddled up and warm which was good.

somehow i was conscious but i wasn't wide awake.

for the first time in this week my family had a good lunch together.we spent a few hours at mind cafe and i won CITADELS.it's this like medevial-like game that isaac recommended so it was new for me and i won! got strategy ok.
haha.
i went to the toilet 3 times at mind cafe cos we had free flows.haha all that coke,punch and tea.
mum brought me to look for shoes for chicago.i really don't know what to get.
spent last night packing.i'm full.and this isn't including school uniforms and dance wear.
but i'm really really excited:D
now to get boots.
